For the health and well-being of your largest asset, your employees.
From Group Health and Dental Insurance to Group Life and Disability Insurance, we can help you navigate these complicated waters.

Group Health Insurance

As a business owner, you want to attract and maintain high quality employees who will contribute to the success of your organization. In general, Group Health Insurance is the first priority for employees and is the second largest expense for employers behind payroll. Using our expertise with employers both large and small, we’ll work with you on designing a Group Health program that fit your needs and your business pocketbook.

Group Dental

Dental insurance is one of the most popular benefits for employees and their families. That’s why it’s more important than ever to have an attractive Group Dental Insurance Plan. Mackoul Risk Solutions helps employers both large and small in choosing creative group dental insurance solutions.

Group Life

Group life insurance provides death benefits on the lives of employees of a business, members of a labor union, or members of an association. Group life insurance benefits are established based on the risk factors of the group as a whole, so older or unhealthy members of the group are protected from being singled out and denied life insurance benefits. No medical underwriting is required up to a certain limit ($100,000, $200,000, etc.).

Group Long-Term Disability

Group long-term disability insurance is a critical element of protection for employees who become sick or injured. It helps disabled employees meet their financial obligations while they are unable to work. Group long-term disability insurance replaces a portion of an employee’s income, usually 50 to 60 percent, depending on the group contract while the employee is disabled. Benefits begin after usually after a 90, 180, or 365 day waiting period and continue until age 65, if the employee remains disabled. Depending upon the group insurance contract, benefits, partial disability, rehabilitation and other benefits may apply.
