Certificates of insurance when you need them.

From time to time, you may be in a situation that requires proof of insurance, and that proof typically needs to be provided quickly. At Mackoul Risk Solutions, we think that you have a right to expect timely delivery of insurance certificates.
Request a Certificate

If you have your login credentials, click here to login to our portal and follow the below instructions

  1. Select “Issue a Certificate”
  2. Select either “Unit Owner Liability” or “Unit Owner Property” certificate (repeat and complete both for full policy)
  3. Enter the provided mortgagee information in the “Holder Information” section
  4. Enter the provided borrower information in the “Unit Owner” and “Unit Address” sections
  5. Enter the provided loan number in the “Loan Number” portion below the Unit Owner information
  6. Scroll down to “Recipient 1” and check off the box “email current cert” or “fax current cert” (do not check “renewal cert,” you will not receive any documents)
  7. Enter your email address or fax number for instant delivery
  8. Press submit
  9. Select “Issue Another Certificate”
  10. Select the remaining certificate and repeat steps 3-8
