Lauren joined Mackoul Risk Solutions in 2014 as a Commercial Account Associate. Her prior work experience was working in the legal field as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from CUNY Queens College in New York. Her personal interests include running and spending time with her friends and family.

In 2025, Lauren was named one of Insurance Journal’s Top Account Managers and Customer Service Representative MVPs.
