Sally Dolce is the Chief Operating Officer at Mackoul Risk Solutions and has over 35 years of experience in property and casualty insurance. Sally joined Mackoul Risk Solutions in 1997 as a commercial underwriter and, through years of experience in organizational development, personnel management, and resource development, rose through the organization to her position of Chief Operating Officer in 2007. As Chief Operating Officer, Sally has provided the leadership, management, and vision necessary as Mackoul Risk Solutions continues to grow as an organization. Sally holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) degree and licenses in property casualty, life and health in numerous states. Sally is a member of a number of industry and charitable organizations. She was a Board member of the Insurance Professionals Association of Long Island (IPALI) and is active in The Long Island Insurance Community and their charitable fundraising efforts for the United Way throughout Long Island.
Sally lives on Long Island and is married with two children and four grandchildren.
