Long Beach Waterfront Warriors 5K Race

By July 22, 2011April 15th, 2018General Updates

What are you doing this Saturday? Want to take a scenic run on the Long Beach boardwalk in New York while contributing to a great cause? Join our staff as we “run for the warriors” in honor of wounded, ill and injured soldiers and their families. The 5k was organized by the Long Beach Waterfront Warriors, which is an organization that brings wounded, ill and injured veterans and their families to Long Beach, New York, for a relaxing vacation and a variety of activities. They also provide assistance to veterans hospitals and other needy and deserving institutions.

At Mackoul & Associates, we felt that this is a great cause to get everyone involved and bring some sunshine to the community. In the words of the Long Beach Waterfront Warriors, “the very least we can do for those who have offered themselves and their loved ones so fearlessly in the cause of our freedom, is to share our beach and community with them.” Did you know that our CEO, Robert E. Mackoul, is a decorated Veitnam Veteran?
