Hurricane Irene: We’re Here To Help You

By September 1, 2011April 15th, 2018General Updates

Did you suffer damages to your home, property and precious personal items from Hurricane Irene? We feel your pain and can truly empathize with you. For a moment there, we thought we might have to wear slickers and rain boots to work from now on (See the floating building pictured here with the green roof? That’s us!). Not only did our office suffer major flooding, but many of our employees were left without power and with damages at home. Despite all of this, we came to work on Monday, wading through water, to provide our clients with the guidance and support they needed to file their claims and make emergency repairs. Our emergency telephone numbers were never needed, because we were there in person! We continue to be here for you in not-so-normal conditions, while we use noisy equipment to dry our offices. While it may be another three weeks before we can return to normal, we can’t wait to “say goodbye to Irene”.

We want to say a special thank you to our friends at Great American Restoration Company who have been tirelessly working around the clock to get our offices back to normal. Not only are they pleasant to work with, but they were fast to respond to our needs in an emergency situation. Our highest recommendation goes to everyone at Great American Restoration!
